Manage vehicle access and deliveries with traceable records
Number plate-based access control links authorised vehicles to a construction site and a company. ZutriX supports time-limited stays, for example for deliveries or unloading tools.
Separate permissions can be set up for site managers, clients, health and safety coordinators and selected suppliers. Entries, exits and time on site are logged. This supports clear parking and unloading rules and helps keep site areas available for their intended use.
Attendance, documents and weather data in one place
Who is on site? Which documents are valid? Where is action needed? ZutriX brings this information together for authorised users, giving clients, site managers and subcontractors a shared information base.
The system also supports the health and safety coordinator: personnel can be checked on site and identified violations recorded with a photo, description and company assignment. The integrated weather station adds local readings to the daily record at fixed times: 07:00, 12:00 and 18:00.

What is ZutriX?
ZutriX is a complete rental system for digital construction site access control and organisation. It combines pedestrian and vehicle control with attendance records, document management, video surveillance and weather data.
How do personnel gain access to the site?
After setup in the system and successful checks, personnel enter through the turnstile using biometric facial recognition. NFC serves as a backup. Valid permissions and the required documents determine access.
What happens when documents expire?
If a document required for access has expired, entry is blocked. The document status remains visible in the system so that the responsible company can update it.
Are video surveillance and a weather station included?
Yes. The described rental package includes three camera towers and a weather station. Local weather readings are available in the system and app and added to the daily record at fixed measurement times.
