Our technicians can connect to your system remotely and usually analyse faults directly. This helps us identify whether a problem concerns a camera, surveillance tower, power supply or LTE/network connection. In many cases we can resolve it online without a site visit, saving time and costs.

We guide you through setting up live access to your cameras, whether through a browser, dedicated software, an app or our monitoring centre. We handle user accounts, permissions and image quality so everyone involved can use the system conveniently. On request, we provide short instructions for your employees to support everyday use.

As your project grows, we adapt your video and security solution with additional towers, cameras or alarm features. We review your infrastructure, calculate bandwidth and storage requirements and recommend practical upgrades rather than an entirely new system, protecting your existing investment.
